    I've suffered from a mental health illness for many years and have a lot of knowledge and method to cope although my advice does not over rule a doctors advice and you can use my advice as a guideline but listen to the mental health professionals  they've studied the topic I've just lived it.

    I'm here to help people not to be help sorry I'm at a place in my life were I'm stable enough to help other people going through situations I can and can not relate to.
