For anyone suffering I recently learned a good technique. It's called Gratitude. When your down just try to think of all of the simple pleasures you may take for granted, like say the warm cloths you put on right out of the dryer or the fact that you found a nickle on the street yesterday. I find just going over things i've been grateful for over last day or two really calms my mood
