What is a listener/advisor? And what is a listening session?

A LISTENER / ADVISOR EXPLAINED
A listener/advisor is a person who is experienced in talking with people whether it be referring to family issues, relationship issues, anger management, anxiety & depression and much more.  A listener (aka advisor), gives guidance & support to the person that is speaking and discussing their problems.  Some advisors here may be qualified counsellors, but are still declared a listener on our site.  Our listeners are trained by other experienced listeners and advisors.  We also have a team that keeps an eye on our listeners to make sure they are doing their job correctly.

LISTENING SESSION EXPLAINED
A listening session is a chat session that is opened either by a listener or a person who wants to discuss their problems the a listener.  You can do this by booking a session with a listener, or by clicking the "listening session" box on the top left corner of the screen.  All chats are kept private between the listener and the speaker.  Listening sessions are completely free and only require a quick sign up in order to speak with a listener.
