The number one thing I do when I start to have a panic attack is start to do some deep breathing. It really helps keep of that Flight or fight response in you and gives you a little more time to calm your self down before going into a full right panic

Deep breathing is a very important technique to use when trying to keep yourself calm. Especially if you are the type of person to fall into panic and trigger anxiety attacks!
