The most important reason for going into depression is that we let ourselves get into it, and once we are there it's hard coming out.Whenever I am about to feel sad I talk to my friends or hangout or I think about the best moments about my life.All I do is, FIND A REASON TO BE HAPPY.It's like finding a proton in a sea of electrons.It's tough but nothing is unachievable for our minds!We can create wonders with it's help. Don't let anyone control the state of your mind, be your own ruler.
